How to Schedule

Because there is a fit factor between therapist and client, a phone screening helps us know if we should proceed. In a phone screening, we'll discuss what areas you'd like to focus on in counseling, what sessions might look like with me, and logistics (i.e., scheduling availability, payment/insurance, and how to access counseling).

Please contact me via email or phone if you'd like to schedule a phone screening. You may also request an Initial Phone Screening appointment in the Client Portal.

Click here to access your client portal. You can schedule appointments, complete paperwork, & pay for services. If you are new, you will need to request an Initial Phone Screening. If you are current or returning, you are an "Existing Client."
