Because there is a fit factor between therapist and client, a phone screening helps us know if we should proceed. In a phone screening, we'll discuss what areas you'd like to focus on in counseling, what sessions might look like with me, and logistics (i.e., scheduling availability, payment/insurance, and how to access counseling).

Current and Former Clients: Click here to access your client portal. If you are returning, you are an "Existing Client." You can schedule appointments, complete paperwork, & pay for services.
New Clients: After clicking the Client Portal button, you will need to indicate you are a new client, choose the location of "Telehealth," then choose a date and time for an "Initial Phone Screening" appointment.
